I've worked with Nerds in the past when they built my office computer, which ran reliably for over eight years. Recently, the system began to slow down and caused some issues, so I booked an appointment with Steven. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it by upgrading a secondary hard drive. For the Short space of time the computer was looked at, to me it was a small job because as the space bar was touched the computer was working. that's fine but its the Price charged bothered me. I think $281.00 was too much!!!!
